Job title: Customer Service Representative
Full-Time Salaried Position
The responsibility of the Customer service Representative is to discover new carrier service, telephone system and cabling opportunities, provide post sales training, and provide support for our existing customer base.
Job Duties
- Call on existing customer base to identify upgrade opportunities and address service issues.
- Assist with post sales training and support.
- Call list of prospects to introduce our company and set up appointments.
- Collect data on systems, carriers, size of companies (employees) and key contacts.
- Identify new sales opportunities.
Expectations
- Find new sales opportunities.
- Complete training modules in order to understand the products and services we provide.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Collect relevant information and input into CRM system.
Requirements & Preferences

- Proficient with microsoft office applications.

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-Time - Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
